Comment:

 Changing some of the servers that we don't allow changing would break
 things in incomprehensible ways.  I've been seriously thinking about
 killing the File Transfer Server and Port options, as well as eEcoding,
 since all yahoo messages must be UTF-8 on protocol versions 16 and 17 and
 I can't think of a reason to allow changing the file transfer hosts.
