 All add requests I get on ICQ are from spambots, so I want all of them to
 be silently discarded, not popping up on my contacts list (specifically,
 all add requests should be silently discarded unless they are from someone
 for whom I have issued an add request). Can the privacy options be fixed
 to do this, or a new option added?
