 I am using Nateon Plugin.
 It support Smiley theme but it is Korean(Encoded with UTF8).

 I don't know that It had no problem with previous Pidgin or Gaim,
 but It has problem now.

 I think that Pidgin doesn't understand Unicode or over-2bytes character
 likes Korean, Japanese, Chinese in Smiley theme file.
