 A friend of mine can't connect to his XMPP account anymore. I copied the
 login log:

 Does it say, why it isn't able to login? It says something of Computer
 unknown, but I don't know what the meaning is. The account does exist, as
 he gets his mails over it and I'm using the same provider for XMPP which
 is working.
