 Msn Hotmail (web UI) has changed. I'm not sure if these changes have
 broken Pidgin's ability to notify the user of new emails or not, but I
 believe this to be the case. Both my pc's are affected, both have
 different OS's & Pidgin versions.

 (2.7.1 on windows vista sp2 and 2.4.3-4lenny7 on debian 5.0 'lenny')

 I just thought I would drop you guys a line in case you weren't aware. I
 highly doubt it's caused on pidgin's 'end' but may need confirmation from
 other users.
