Comment:

 Closed as duplicate of #1517.[[BR]]For truly transient data, on *nix, just
 point the "guest" folder to /dev/null, a la `pidgin -c /dev/null`, which
 means that no data from it will ever be stored.  I'm sure something
 similar on Windows can be approximated.

 But yes, in general, Pidgin is per-user.  If you want to let a second user
 access his/her accounts, spawn a separate instance.
