New description:

 I recently updated from 2.6 series to 2.7, and my AutoHotkey shortcuts
 don't work anymore.
 They're nothing fancy, just some rebinding for Ctrl+[Shift+]Tab and
 PgUp|Down, which work in every other applications.

 It may be GTK+ related, but Pidgin is the only GTK+ app that I use on
 Windows so I have no way to verify that...
 UPDATE: I just tried two GTK+ apps, Gaupol and Smuxi, and my shortcuts
 works fine, so it's definitely Pidgin related.
