 When attempting to send files to an MSN contact, if the request is not
 accepted within approximately 60 seconds Pidgin will decide it has been
 cancelled by the other user. The other user does not see any kind of
 change when this happens, and can still accept the cancelled transfer,
 which of course does not work.

 As far as I am aware, the 'official' client does not have a timeout on
 file transfer requests
