 When joining an IRC channel, there are usually this two lines printed by
 most IRC clients:
 * Topic for #foo is: The topic text
 * Topic for #foo set by nick!user at host.example.com at Tue Jun 22 10:28:48

 The date information is missing in Pidgin 2.7.1. (the info is sent by the
 server
 when using another IRC client)

 Also entering the command /TOPIC prints the topic text, but not the date
 and setter.

 Using WinXP Pro SP3.
