 I know this has been posted about dozens of times, but none of them have
 reached a conclusion, nor has any developer even indicated any progress on
 them..

 I've tried the only "fix" and disabled UseClientLogin for my AIM account,
 but any time that I attemp to message "+1xxxxxxxxxx" it doesn't work and
 just says the contact cannot be reached.
