Comment:

 Without a crash report there isn't really any good way to track down what
 the problem might be. The file is .RPT in case that matters (I forget if
 Windows search is case sensitive or not). If you still can't find it a
 debug log might have some useful information in it as well.

 Also, what plugins do you have loaded?
