 There is no option, to have a look at the Buddy-Info of a user asking for
 authorization. When the menu - which appears when right-clicking on a
 normal user in the buddy list - would be accessable from the the buddy
 authorization request, the buddy info would be accessable. Furthermore the
 Ticket #11287 (Add "block" to the "Authorize buddy?" options) would also
 be solved.
