 Thanks for the new SASL DLL.  I've updated the files and restarted in
 debug mode and was happy to see that it starts up OK without errors, etc.
 I'll post more today - there are a couple points in my day when it will
 regularly crash (after my 10am daily meeting and after lunch), I'm curious
 to see if it behaves any differently.
