 I was having frequent crashes when using Pidgin with msn on Windows. I
 downloaded the
 [http://sourceforge.net/projects/pidgin/files/Pidgin/2.6.6/pidgin-2.6.6-debug.exe/download
 debug version 2.6.6].

 Sometimes Pidgin will run for hours, but often when it crashes once, it
 will crash quickly if I start it again.

 I have a fresh install of pidgin (removed my %AppData%/.purple directory).
 The only change I have made is to add my msn account (in the logs as
 pydave at example.com). I have no plugins enabled and have never installed
 any external plugins.

 I'm running Pidgin on Windows XP SP3 in a corporate environment. I view
 pidgin over Remote Desktop.
