 There is no outer border on tabs when selecting left, right, left
 vertical, or right vertical tab placement.

 Expected:[[BR]]
 That the tabs have an outer border, but no inner border, and appear to be
 attached to the active chat window. An example of proper tab attachment
 can be seen when placement is set to top.

 Notes:[[BR]]
 1) This also applies to the tabs in the preferences dialog.[[BR]]
 2) Bottom placement is mostly correct, however, it still appears slightly
 detached.
