New description:

 Tooltips that show contact information in Pidgin are not displayed
 correctly.
 If the contact has an image the tooltip is only partially showed (see
 pidgin1.jpg), however if there is no image for the contact the tooltip is
 correctly showed (see pidgin2.jpg).
 I had the same problem with Fedora 13, not sure after what component
 upgrade it started... but after upgrading to Fedora 14 and having the same
 problem I suspect there's something wrong in Pidgin, because KDE, Xorg,
 mesa and drivers are
 changed.
 I'm Using KDE 4.5.2 with no desktop effects enabled and standard xorg ati
 drivers.
