 Clickable links *in tooltips* are horrible ideas because tooltips are just
 random enough to make that dangerous.

 Clickable links in the buddy list directly also strikes me as a bad idea
 because it sounds too easy to do by accident to me, but I'm less horrified
 by this idea.

 I'm surprised we don't display the information we do have in the Get Info
 window even if we can't get any more but only a little. That's probably
 worth a ticket on its own if we don't already have one about that (we
 should probably always display at least as much information as we were
 showing in the buddy list).
