 Well, perhaps it would be a reasonable compromise to introduce clickable
 links (in buddy list, Get Info window, wherever) as an option to be
 enabled or disabled depending on user preferences.
 I would surely turn it enabled. And I bet great majority of Polish people
 would do the same.

 I don't know if blank "Get Info" window is worth a ticket. It works fine
 for ICQ [http://www.bartluk.republika.pl/foto/ICQinfo.png] which cannot be
 said about Gadu-Gadu [http://www.bartluk.republika.pl/foto/GGinfo.png]
 Take a look at the screenshots in links and help me decide whether it is a
 ticket matter or not.
