Comment:

 I'm using Kubuntu 10.10. It's probably the oxygen theme.  This issue was
 here before I upgraded, too. I was using Ubuntu 10.04 before this
 (switched from crappy gnome to awesome kde). I suppose GTK+ would be the
 same, regardless of WM.
