 What error are you getting when the reconnections fail?

 Please follow [wiki:TipsForBugReports these instructions] to get a debug
 log and attach it to this ticket.

 Ideally you would get the debug log from three scenarios:
  1. The initial (working) connection.
  1. The automatic (failing) reconnection.
  1. The manual (failing) reconnection after disabling and re-enabling the
 account.
