 Is it true that the dialog is created in response to the request (the
 invitation) itself using a predefined (default Pidgin/libpurple
 functionality) need for a user response from Pidgin/libpurple?

 Or is Pidgin/libpurple regurgitating something from an external source
 (Google Talk) that is telling Pidgin/libpurple to say 'show this dialog
 and use its response'?
