 When Pidgin 2.7.4 is running, the behavior of the 'hot switch' function
 (alt-tab) in Windows 7 to switch from one application to the next is
 changed to require TWO consecutive tab presses, making the necessary
 keypress combination 'alt-tab-tab'. Quitting pidgin resolves the problem.

 Affected applications include at least PHP Designer and WinSCP.
