 Plugin added to ThirdPartyPlugins#Interfacetweaks.

 A couple comments about the plugin.

 Before hacking around to force a hidden conversation you might want to try
 checking for a hidden conversation (pidgin_conv_is_hidden) since if you
 find one you'll have what you need. It also wouldn't be out of line to
 request a more official way of hiding a conversation (pidgin_conv_hide or
 what-have-you).

 You may also be able to do something by creating a conversation placement
 function for this instead of using the conversation-created signal.

 I'm setting this to pending so that it closes if there isn't further
 activity on this since the plugin exists and is now listed in the wiki.
