 Yep, just tried it now (Ubuntu 10.04, Pidgin 2.7.1).  This time around I
 altered the URL field (added http://www.google.com) and after
 disabling/enabling my account, that field was empty.

 To be quite honest, I only logged this bug originally as I wanted to see
 what/where the vCard information was used.  I guess if you cannot actually
 set information via this function then drop it entirely.

 Where is the vCard information displayed within Pidgin?
