 I've had the same problem for a while. I'm communicating with someone with
 Microsoft Office Communicator. They have no problems sending me messages.
 About 1/3 of the messages I send get this error, and the message does not
 go through. However, if I wait for them to send another message and
 immediately respond to that, the that message will go through. I'm using
 2.7.3 on Windows XP SP3 but have seen this problem for many  previous
 versions.
