 I get the same type of errors when I chat with the same user via
 meebo.com. Similar to jeffhuang, some messages get the error and some
 don't. My theory is that this is not a problem with the non-Microsoft
 client, e.g. pidgin or meebo, but with the enterprise running some kind of
 load-balancer in front of their Office Communications Server.
