--------------------+-------------------------------------------------------
Reporter: smitty | Owner: MarkDoliner
Type: defect | Status: closed
Milestone: | Component: ICQ
Version: 2.7.10 | Resolution: invalid
Keywords: |

Comment(by smitty):
ok i forced a modem reboot and here's the error message i got as 2 popups
(i have 2 icq logins on here)
---------------
Accept certificate for api.login.icq.net?
The certificate for api.login.icq.net could not be validated.
The certificate claims to be from "gateway.2wire.net" instead. This could
mean that you are not connecting to the service you believe you are.
The certificate is not trusted because no certificate that can verify it
is currently trusted.
--------------------
so its the 2wire modem that sends this error message, forcing pidgin to
prompt the user. great.
can this be handled by pidgin automatically?
