 OS: XP Pro SP3 x86, Protocol: XMPP, Network? Nothing special about that,
 just LAN.

 I'm using a proxy only in Pidgin, my own network is working fine. It's the
 proxy that's jiffy.

 1. Where do I get that plugin? I can't find it. I would like to try it
 out.

 2. Not my Pidgin.

 3. What? So you say, it's the server that removes the check mark from the
 checkbox at Accounts > Manage Accounts? And then Pidgin proudly displays a
 message: "Your account got disabled, you need to enable it again"..

 4. Of course it makes sense. What if I need to borrow my PC to sb for a
 sec? That sb has only few minutes, in that time, he can't download or run
 any special tools, but he can just locate the password file and.. read it.
 C'mon! Even MSN and Google Talk encrypt their password files!
