 Yes, and it compiled fine.

 Originally, my cross compiling complained about missing dclnf.h and dbus
 files, but I copied them from /usr/include to
 ~/pidgin/win32-dev/win32api/include and now it just gives that.

 Platform is Ubuntu 10.10.1, fresh install.
