Comment:

 When this happens which icon does pidgin select by default in the mood
 list when you pull the mood dialog up again?

 What is your mood listed at if you Get Info on yourself when it is
 incorrect?
 What about if other people Get Info (or equivalent) on you?

 When it is wrong is it wrong for everyone or only for some people?

 Can you get the Help->Debug Window output from when you set the mood and
 this happens?
