 1.)
 My pidgin client shows the correct icon. For example when I choose the "at
 the office" icon ... the client shows this icon when I reopen this dialog.

 How can I use "Get Info" on myself?

 Thats the same ... it didn´t refresh the icon with anything else

 3.)
 I haven´t checked that with everyone on my list but with 4 people who are
 currently using Miranda this is the case ... also with 3 people using the
 real icq client. So I would say it affects everyone.

 yes, when I try to set my status from none to e.g. "at the office" the
 outpus shows:
