 I have Pidgin set up as my GChat (XMPP) client. Sometimes it connects
 without any issue, but sometimes Pidgin (2.7.10) complains that "You
 require encryption, but it is not available on this server." This will
 happen for a while & I'll click reconnect a bunch of times & then it will
 reconnect without issue.

 It would seem that either the error is invalid, or there's truly a
 connectivity bug.
