 log and attach it to this ticket the next time you see this happen.
 Ideally you would give us the output from a failing connection or two
 followed by the (final) working connection.

 That will likely be a lot of information so you may want to trim (or
 sanitize) it before attaching it. Feel free to do so but please keep the
 original copy around in case we need to ask you for pieces you removed.
