 Hi

 I have the same problem with 3 buddies.

 I have tried following (with no success):[[BR]]
 - Check if the buddies are not blocked (they are not);[[BR]]
 - Delete and add them again;[[BR]]
 - Delete the blist.xml file (After this they disappeared completely,
 including their group. They are alone in the group.);



 Also[[BR]]
 - When I add them, they do not receive any notification (to block/allow
 me)[[BR]]
 - When they add me, I receive the notification, but after pressing allow,
 Pidgin does not ask me in which group to put them.[[BR]]
 - I can chat with them without problem (only that I do not see the proper
 status)

 Luckily marking them as "Show when off line" keeps them visible, but the
 status is still misleading.

 PS: I use Pidgin 2.7.10 (libpurple 2.7.10)
