 I also got this problem for at least 2 years but it happens to me also if
 I'm in chat with OMLY one person and the message is received from another
 person with status online but with whom neither I'm chatting in that
 moment nor his/her tab is opened.
 It happens too much times (at least 6 or 7 times in last year). I never
 had this problem on Windows version even if I've to say that I use Windows
 version less frequently than Linux one.
