 I'm experinencing terrible file transfer between windows client with XMPP;
 also windows to linux, but not Linux to windows...

 I've 10 client in LAN and all the same problem.

 When I transfer a file, the client remain in "waiting fo tranfer to start"
 for 15-20 seconds, then the transfer start but the speed is 1-1,5
 Kb/s....terrible.

 This don't happen if I send a file from a linux machine (100 MB in 30
 seconds)

 how can i solve this?
