 Plugin should silently (maybe report that in file log) block all messages
 and authorisation requests, that containt letters from banned charset.

 I don't know russian language, I don't recognize azbuka characters and
 still I receive plenty of authorisation spam from unknown people. All this
 spam has in common: they're written in azbuka.
 Therefore I can get rid of 100% of this spam (and only spam I receive), if
 I'm able to block that on charset level.
 Single azbuka character => dropped.
