 Okay, this is the libpurple part of the changes I made for this. It adds
 {{{PurpleSrvQueryUiOps}}} with a {{{resolve}}} and {{{destroy}}}, very
 similar to {{{PurpleDnsQueryUiOps}}}. It only handles SRV, not TXT
 (correct me if I'm wrong, but I think TXT records are only necessary for
 Bonjour?).
