 I am totally new to Pidgin and in general to IM programs and am evaluating
 Pidgin. I have created an account for Google mail. I would like to
 initiate a multi-person chat. When I select "join chat" I get a screen
 asking for the name of the room, and when I select room list, I get a pop-
 up that asks for the conference server name. I can't get past that screen.
 I assume that I need to set up a room on a server somewhere, but I don't
 know how.
