 Just my info from 1 hour testing (I bet you know what's in this comment
 already, but why not to share it).

 It's related to msnp16 change, with msnp15 it works properly. The problem
 is only for icons which are fetched using SLP code.

 I'm attaching verbose debug log from one fetching try.
