 Based on my understanding, pidgin is using guest's unique id (based on
 field id 92) to form that guest's display name. For example, if a unique
 id is "798", pidgin will display "pbx/798" as the guest's display name.

 However, I think we can use field #91. I think this is where the protocol
 stores the "nickname" of the guest. Based on my test, this matches what I
 see in Yahoo Messenger's displayname for the guest.

 Could someone fix this? Thanks!
