 I am unable to get yahoo to connect. I have tried reinstalling, clearing
 caches, etc, and also tried the ipconfig /flushdns idea put forth on this
 ticket: http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/8853

 I have tried all of the proxy settings in the "edit account" screen on
 pidgin, etc.

 The error I get is "Unable to connect: Connection refused". This has been
 happening for two weeks. I also updated pidgin.
