 Hi Support,

 My name is Lawrence and work with Oracle. We have a chat room configured
 in pidgin for our team and would like anyone logging into the chat room to
 be sent an instance message with some pre-determined content. I wanted to
 know if that is possible or whether a plugin needs to be created. If so,
 is there any existing plugin or is it possible for you guys to provide
 one?
