 On windows there is no way to set color for a selected contact (background
 and font) through themes.xml.

 Also the <slected/> tag is not described on
 http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/BuddyListThemes

 I suppose the <selected/> tag is supposed to work here but it doesn't so
 I'm guessing this is a defect.
