 Hey Pidgin Team,

 I have been using Pidgin for some time now and have always enjoyed its
 service. For approximately the past month I have been having problems with
 one specific MSN buddy of mine on my list, who happens to be my birth
 father. Since the problem started, he has not been appearing online (I
 have to 'show' the offline users to send him a message - he has already
 said his status is set to online), sometimes his messages do not come
 through to me and vice versa, and when I try to sign onto Meebo.com to fix
 the problem, he has disappeared completely off my buddy list (and each
 time I sign onto Meebo.com I must re-add him to my buddy list to chat with
 him). I can not grasp what the problem may be. I downloaded the new
 version of Pidgin, which happened to fix the problem for a day before
 returning to its original state. This is really a nerving problem as he is
 the most important person I talk to through messenger. It has become a
 game of cat and mouse to try and get a hold of him. If you have any
 solution to my problem, it is greatly appreciated. I will still continue
 to use your service nonetheless, but this problem has become a hassle!
 Another problem I run into is that when I try to delete empty groups that
 are left in my buddy list, they will not delete! Once again, any help is
 greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
