#14340: Insert nick name in text are on middle mouse click

In IRC and jabber MUC rooms (multi-user conferences) it's often required
to mention a user you're sending message to. And it would be nice if there
were some easy way to do that. Tab-completion is a bit hard to use for
utf-nicknames ("قية") and when several nicks have same first characters
("greg1", "gregory", "ghost" and "grant").
That was already suggested several times. The point of this ticket is to
do that with middle mouse click. Both left and right mouse buttons are in
use, but middle click in a chat window is unused. So it can be used for
pasting nicknames into message area at cursor position. It's also known
that middle click is used for copy-paste, so this also looks consistent.
PS: another related idea: when middle-clicking to the message itself -
insert its text to the message area (or its selected part, if any). And
click on a timestamp can be used to insert entire message (with time, nick
and the text itself).
