 Last night I tried the following:[[BR]]
 [[BR]]
 1. Log out of AIM and exit Pidgin[[BR]]
 2. Log into AIM using AIM Express (web interface)[[BR]]
 3. Add as a buddy the user who could not be blocked (this is required for
 AIM Express to provide a blocking UI)[[BR]]
 4. Block the same user, and remove them as a buddy[[BR]]
 5. Log out of AIM Express[[BR]]
 6. Start Pidgin and log into AIM[[BR]]
 [[BR]]
 After logging in, Pidgin showed the user in my AIM block list.
