 The Buddy Pounce has the ability to react on a wide variety of Events.
 However receiving buzz (as in XEP-0224: Attention) is not supported.

 I would like to be able to run an arbitrary program depending on who sends
 a buzz.

 It would already be an improvement to ignore buzzes from certain contacts
 or play different sounds depending on which contact buzzes me.

 Initially #13042 also requested Buddy Pounces, but setteled on the ability
 to change the sound for a pounce.
