 In the light of #13535, I suppose behavior of popup dialog on incoming
 call should be changed slightly:

 == Usage scenario ==

 I am having a voice call with friend and he tries to add video session to
 the conference. Pidgin presents me a popup dialog asking whether I want to
 accept the video call. I'm not in a mood to have video now, so I choose
 decline.

 == Current outcome ==

 The whole call is terminated.

 == Expected result ==

 Video is not added, but we can continue the voice only call.

 Code in the patch checks all media sessions within the call and rejects
 only those that are not accepted already, leaving the rest untouched.
