 I'm using Pidgin every day to chat in about 3 IRC-chatrooms but due to my
 dynamic ip (which gets renewed every day) I loose connection to the IRC-
 Server.
 The reconnection works quite fast, but I have to wait for the server to
 release my old nick (or issue a ghost-command myself).

 I think it should be quite easy to issue a ghost-command after the
 connection was closed and reestablished to automatically free the old
 nick, what do you think?
